Who this program is for
Kids Kickboxing (Ages 6–12)
This program is designed for children of all experience levels. Classes are structured and energetic, with techniques taught in a safe, age-appropriate way. There is no contact to the head, and all training is closely supervised.
Kids who are brand new to martial arts and those with previous experience are both welcome.
How classes work
Classes are instructor-led and carefully supervised. Techniques are broken down step by step, then practiced through drills and controlled partner work.
Safety, respect, and proper technique are always the priority. Coaches make sure every child feels supported, included, and challenged at an appropriate level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need any experience to start?
No experience is required. Most kids start with no background in kickboxing or martial arts. Classes are designed so beginners can join comfortably and build skills over time.
Is kickboxing safe for kids?
Yes. Safety is a top priority. Classes are non-contact to the head, techniques are taught with control, and all training is closely supervised by instructors.
What should my child wear to class?
For the free trial, comfortable athletic clothing is perfect — a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. We’ll guide you on gear if your child continues training.
How often should my child train?
Most kids start with 1–2 classes per week. As confidence and interest grow, many choose to attend more often.
Will my child be sparring?
Any partner work is introduced gradually and kept controlled and age-appropriate. There is no pressure to spar.
Can parents watch classes?
Yes. Parents are welcome to watch from the designated viewing area.
