Kids Kickboxing is a high-energy, structured program where kids learn confidence, coordination, and discipline while staying active and having fun. We teach safe, controlled striking fundamentals with a big focus on movement, balance, and listening skills — all in a positive, supportive team environment.
The goal isn’t to turn kids into “fighters.” It’s to help them feel capable, build strong habits, and enjoy working hard alongside their teammates.
What kids learn
Basic punches, kicks, and defensive movement (taught step-by-step)

Who this program is for
Kids Kickboxing (Ages 6–12)
Designed for all experience levels — beginners are welcome, and kids with martial arts experience will still be challenged. Classes are energetic and structured, with close supervision and age-appropriate training.
Kids who are brand new to martial arts and those with previous experience are both welcome.
How classes work
Classes are coach-led and carefully supervised. We teach techniques clearly, then practice through fun drills and controlled partner work (when appropriate). Coaches keep things safe, organized, and encouraging so kids can learn without feeling overwhelmed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need any experience to start?
No experience is required. Most kids start with no background in kickboxing or martial arts. Classes are designed so beginners can join comfortably and build skills over time.
Is this program safe for kids?
Yes. Safety is the priority. Training is supervised, techniques are taught with control, and there’s no contact to the head.
My child has lots of energy — is this a good fit?
Absolutely. Kickboxing is a great outlet, and the structure helps kids learn focus and self-control.
What if my child is shy or nervous?
That’s common. Coaches help them ease in, and most kids settle quickly once they start moving and meeting teammates.
Will my child be sparring?
There’s no pressure to spar. Partner work is introduced gradually and kept controlled and age-appropriate.
Can parents watch classes?
Yes. Parents are welcome to watch from the designated viewing area.
