Build power, precision, and grit through our high-energy striking classes. Taught by experienced coaches, our Muay Thai and Kickboxing programs emphasize real technique, respect, and controlled progression. Great for fitness, self-defense, and competition.
Kids Kickboxing (6–12) – Confidence, coordination, and fun!
Teen Muay Thai (13–16) – Technical development and strength-building.

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs develop problem-solving, discipline, and practical self-defense in a safe and supportive way. Ground-based grappling meets strategy and technique.
Tiny Tots BJJ (Ages 3–5) – Movement, fun, and early confidence on the mat.
