Kids Kickboxing (6–12):

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs develop problem-solving, discipline, and practical self-defense in a safe and supportive environment where ground-based grappling meets strategy and technique.
Tiny Tots BJJ (Ages 3–5):
Movement, fun, and early confidence on the mat. This class introduces basic motor skills, mat awareness, and playful grappling in a positive and energetic space.
Kids BJJ (6–12):
Through structured games and drills, kids develop discipline, coordination, and self-defense skills while learning to respect themselves and others on the mats.
Teens BJJ (13–16):
Build resilience, strategy, and control. Teens gain a deeper understanding of technique while building mental toughness and physical awareness in a structured, encouraging environment.
