Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience to start?
No experience is required. Many students start with no background in Muaythai or martial arts. Classes are structured to make beginners feel welcome and supported.
Is Muaythai safe?
Yes. Safety is a top priority. Techniques are taught with control, protective equipment is used when appropriate, and coaches closely supervise all training.
Do I have to spar?
No. Sparring is optional and only introduced when you’re ready. Many students train purely for fitness, technique, and personal development.
What should I wear to class?
For your free trial, wear comfortable athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts. We’ll guide you on gloves and other equipment if you continue training.
How often should I train?
Most beginners start with 2–3 classes per week, but even once a week is a great place to begin. We’ll help you find a schedule that works for you.
Is this just for fighters?
No. The majority of students train for fitness, confidence, and skill development. Competition is optional and never required.
