Teens Muay Thai is for teenagers who want real skill-building, a great workout, and a positive team environment. Classes are structured and coach-led, with an emphasis on proper technique, discipline, and learning to stay calm under pressure.
It’s challenging in the best way — and teens leave class feeling more confident, more capable, and proud of the work they put in.
What teens will learn
Clean punching, kicking, elbow, and knee technique
Footwork, balance, and defensive movement
Padwork and partner drills (timing, distance, control)
Conditioning and striking endurance
Focus, discipline, and confidence under pressure
Who this program is for
Teens Muay Thai is open to all experience levels — complete beginners are more than welcome.
This program is a great fit for teens who:
Want to build confidence and self-discipline
Like learning real skills (not just “exercise”)
Prefer training with others their own age
Are interested in fitness, self-defence, or long-term progression
How classes work
Classes follow a clear structure: warm-up, technique, drills, padwork, and partner work.
Teens will spar as part of the program. Sparring is introduced progressively and closely supervised. Coaches match partners carefully and keep intensity appropriate for experience and maturity. The goal is control and learning — not “winning practice.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my teen need any experience to start?
No. Most teens start from scratch — we teach everything step by step.
Is sparring hard contact?
No. Sparring is coached, controlled, and matched appropriately. Intensity is managed carefully.
What if my teen is nervous or not very athletic?
That’s totally normal. Training builds fitness and confidence over time, and the atmosphere is supportive.
Do you need equipment right away?
Not for the trial. If they continue, we’ll help you choose gloves and any other basics.
Is Muaythai safe for teens?
Yes. Safety is a top priority. Techniques are taught with control, protective equipment is used when appropriate, and coaches closely supervise all training.
What should my teen wear to class?
For the free trial, comfortable athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts is perfect. We’ll guide you on gloves and other equipment if they continue training.
How often should teens train?
Most teens start with 1–2 classes per week. As confidence and interest grow, many choose to train more often.
